Frank began his career in the lift truck industry in the 1970's.  Along with his father, he opened Dixie Lift Truck, providing forklift sales, service and parts in Greenville, SC and surrounding areas.  In 1998, Frank added forklift operator safety training as part of Dixie Lift Truck's services.  Realizing the need for comprehensive training for lift truck drivers, he co-founded  a separate company, Carolina Forklift Safety, with his wife Patti.

Working alongside her husband for over 25 years in forklift driver safety training, Patti assists in the administrative area before, during and after training classes.
